Case Supervision is a structured way of getting consultative support, allowing you to develop your skills beyond what you learned in your training, and helping to ensure that you are mediating effectively, professionally, and safely.

Prior to the training delivery, we carry out a detailed pre-course consultation in order to tailor all course materials, practical exercises, and case simulations to your requirements.
Who better to teach you about mediation than an actual mediator? All of our trainers are also actively practising mediators with a wealth of experience to call upon.
We are the only mediation company to hold the ISO:9001 Quality Standard. You can be assured that all of our training courses are delivered in a quality-focused manner.
We don’t wash our hands of you after your training course. We are always available and happy to discuss how you can use your new-found conflict resolution skills.
Our supervision session course may include the following, and we encourage input on tailored material:

Ethical and professional considerations: working safely
Input on specialist topics from the supervisor
Consultative support on your current practice
Top-up on key mediator skills
At the conclusion of either the half-day or full-day session, your learners will be able to:
Reflect on mediated cases: what went well and what could have gone better
Review the ethics and safety of their current practice
Identify improvements to their practice: practical steps to improve the service
Delivered online or in-person, our professional supervisors are qualified and experienced mediators, trained in a recognised and widely-used model of case supervision.
Delivered in one-day or half-day sessions, groups of in-house mediators can have an opportunity to reflect on mediated cases, continue to develop their skills, and ensure that their work is safe and ethical.
