Prior to the training delivery, we carry out a detailed pre-course consultation in order to tailor all course materials, practical exercises, and case simulations to your requirements.

This interactive one-day course will cover:

A step-by-step process: how not to get lost in other people’s disputes
The challenges and opportunities of remaining impartial as a manager
Dealing with disruptive behaviour in resolution meetings
Knowing when to quit: referring situations on for other types of intervention
At the conclusion of the day, you will be able to:
Define mediation and the role of the workplace mediator
Separate themselves from the dispute and not get lost in a conflict between two colleagues
Deal with disruptive behaviour and resistance to resolution meetings
Know when certain types of situations need to be passed on to further intervention
Delivered either online or in-person at your location, all of our courses are live, interactive events, run by a practising mediator who is an expert in the field.
