This two-day course, delivered on-site or online, equips delegates with the skills required to practice facilitated conversations in the workplace. It combines a small amount of theory with plenty of practice, and builds up your delegates' confidence and competence as dispute resolvers.
The programme is especially popular with those wishing to incorporate structured mediation skills into their existing roles, in particular those who do not require a formal mediation qualification.
Using the same step-by-step model as mediators, Workplace Mediation Skills teaches delegates to resolve a wide variety of workplace disputes. This includes personality clashes, miscommunications, grievance-type issues, and instances of bullying and harassment.
